How Do I Sign Up?

Once registration is open for the program of your choice, submit your training request by email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. by following the steps below:

1) Review the available training times, days and costs on the appropriate program’s training tab.

2) Please provide your availability through email, according to the available training times. If multiple days or times work, please let us know. Please include the following information in your email:

  • List all players interested in joining your group. Include players’ first name, last name, grade and position.
  • Provide parent contact information for each player (name and email).
  • Provide contact name and phone number of group organizer.

Once we receive your email, we will contact your group regarding your training request. Requests will be proccesed in the order they are recieved.

NOTE: If interested in small group training, we encourage parents/players to form a group on their own. This is not required but helps to secure your preferred training time. This means contacting other players of the same position (offense, defense or goalie) and age before registration opens. Having a group of players prepared before registering will allow us to help accommodate your training request.

If you are in the process of forming a group, please contact us so that we can pencil in your group. Once your group is formed, you would then email us your training request (please see steps above).

In the case where a player would like to train in a group but cannot find other players to join, we will do our best to combine individual players who are in a similar situation. Please contact us and sumbit your training request with availbility. Our program is very specialized; therefore, we have to ensure that the players are of similar skill level in order for the training sessions to be most effective.
