A TEAM IS NEVER ABOUT THE INDIVIDUAL. IT IS A GROUP OF PEOPLE WORKING TOGETHER TO ACHIEVE A COMMON GOAL.

WHO IS ON YOUR TEAM?

Your TEAM is made up of your:

1. Family

2. Teachers

3. Fellow Students

4. Coaches

5. Community

6. Teammates

TEMPTATION: The development of your character, competence and courage will allow you to develop the new standard for your TEAM. Temptation will always be present within your social life, school and athletics. Refusing to compromise your beliefs is critical to overcoming temptation. Each member of your TEAM should encourage others to achieve their goals, and by doing so, your TEAM gets stronger. The strength of the TEAM is no greater than weakest individuals.

ENCOURAGEMENT: We encourage our TEAM to strengthen their bond by living with principles – in school, in their families, in their communities, and on the athletic field. A member of a TEAM your should encourage others to achieve their goals and by doing so, your TEAM gets stronger. The strength of the TEAM is no greater than the individuals.

ACHIEVEMENT: To achieve your greatest goals you will need to communicate with all members your TEAM. You need to understand and categorize your priorities and give each task the necessary time and attention. Players on your TEAM, have similar academic goals as well as athletic goals. Achieving these goals take time, practice, organization and dedication.

MORALE: Confidence, enthusiasm, and discipline will raise the morale of your TEAM. You must keep your morale high, so as to resist temptations, encourage others to join your TEAM and reach your ultimate achievement. Your morale must be present in your academic and sports teams, at all times.
